Mehedi Hasan Jihad

Mehedi Hasan Jihad is a graduate student in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Kentucky. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Dhaka. His research interests include electrochemistry, nanomaterials, renewable energy, and functional materials for energy conversion and storage. His previous work focused on developing conductive polymer- and graphene-based composite counter electrodes and ionic liquid electrolytes for dye-sensitized solar cells. He is committed to advancing sustainable energy technologies through interdisciplinary materials research.
