Biography

I received my B.S. in chemistry from the University of North Georgia in 2010. From there, I attended the Georgia Institute of Technology in the fall of 2010 under the advisement of Professor Jean-Luc Brédas. In the summer of 2015, I completed my Ph.D. work with a thesis titled “Molecular-Scale Understanding of Electronic Polarization in Organic Molecular Crystals”. Following my Ph.D. studies, I worked as a postdoctoral fellow under the advisement of Professor Jean-Luc Brédas at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. My work focused on understanding electronic polarization and charge separation in high–performance organic electronic materials. Currently, I work as a postdoctoral scholar under Professor Chad Risko in the Center for Applied Energy Research.
