Organic Chemistry Laboratory Exam - Computer Lab Sign-up

Use the form below to submit a request for use of a computer lab.  Follow these instructions on the day of the COMMON HOUR exam.

1. Use the table below to determine the computer lab location.
2. Arrive at the lab 10 minutes before the exam but DO NOT enter the lab until the procotor(s) arrive.
3. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and use linkblue credentials to login into the Windows PC.
4. Open Lockdown Browser app via the desktop icon.
5. Log into Canvas.
6. Go to your Exam Course. Wait for access code from proctor.
7. For questions ask your proctor or contact the Chemistry Office: chemistry@uky.edu.
